I called them at 10AM on Thursday to get a tow to their repair shop because they advertise free towing if the repair is done in their shop. I was told that they would pick it up "in an hour or two". They arrived at around 2:30. This wouldn't be an issue if the rest of the experience hadn't also been a disaster. called for a tow, was told that it would be 1hr and half. Almost two hours later and still no tow truck in sight, when I called to see the status of the tow I was sent to voice mail, called 2 more times and the same thing, I decided to leave a voice mail only to be told the mail box was full. I can not comment on their other services,but as for their towing services, not good at all.

this is the only place I take my car. they are honest & reliable. the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My car was ready as promised they even had the courtesy to drop me off and pick me up. And the best pat they have a kid friendly environment... love this place thanks again eve and alex for always helping us see you all soon
