My daughter was in an accident 10/17/16 and took her Jeep to American Auto Body on 10/28/16 for an estimate of damages. The repairs were scheduled to begin on 4/3/17. When she arrived on 3/31/17, she was informed that whoever had set up the job had made a mistake and the repairs were not to be done. She had called on a couple of occasions to see if parts could be ordered in advance, and was never told anything about her vehicle not being repaired until the day she thought she was dropping it off. I've gone to American Auto body twice now for work on 2 separate vehicles. Both experiences were great. They communicated great with me and dealt with insurance. The prices were fair. My favorite thing about going here was when I picked up my car American Auto Body detailed the inside and washed the outside. My car looked and smelled great. It was so unexpected!!
They did a great job with my Toyota Camry and even cleaned it inside and out (and it was very dirty). I got it back after only one week and a few days. I highly recommend them.
They had 3 weeks to get everything figured out and talked to the insurance company-nothing was done until I showed up to drop my car off at scheduled time. Was told the day before, (which was the day they had called me to get the claim # and copy of the insurance adjusters report), that if there were any problems they would let me know. Didn't find out until the morning of when dropping my car off that there were issues....
