They won't answer phones or emails. I have a caseworker who hasn't said a thing to me AND I filed in August—I haven't heard a word from customer service either. To already have to go through this--them making it harder is unsettling to say the least! TERRIBLE!! Perhaps they want you to just quit but I will never.
very useless company and doesn't perform as they say and later tries to charge you outrageous amounts , it's totally not worth to go through with them at all.
AAA has to be the most unprofessional, sloppy, slow and deceptive dumpster fire Arbitration service I have ever personally had the great misfortune ti have retained. I would STRONGLY recommend you avoid this dishonest company and chose JAG over the AAA.
