David came to take a look at my Dacor oven. He was on time ( not like my other company that I used before ) And David called me 30 minutes before, like I asked. Very professional service over all. Customer service is superb. I do not know why people do not use these smaller companies and call Sears and waste their money. This company is Insured and Licensed, and all work has warranty in writing. Thank you American!
Fixed my refrigerator in a flash. Technician had all parts with him, which was a surprise to me. Price was very reasonable. Overall I am very pleased with the company. Customer service and the lady on the phone was very accommodating to my schedule.
Technician came in on Saturday after 2pm. I was surprised they did not charge me extra for that. Repairs were done to my refrigerator the same day, I could not be without fridge on the weekend and loose all my food. Thank you so much for all your work.
