I had a shunt put in, resulting in 3 different cuts to route a drain of crainial fluid. I felt no pain from the procedure, and no after effects.

Had to have an emergency appendectomy in August of 2021 at Innova Loudoun. Was covered 100% by the VA, but they billed Anthem as the insurance accidentally. This was an issue for about 3 months but eventually the hospital took care of the issue. Everyone was paid in full except these guys, who I called multiple times in an attempt to have them rectify their billing. horrible customer service. Had anesthesia from them 08/19/19, I was the last pt for a procedure and the CRNA disappear for over 45 minutes, finally the anesthesiologist came to roll me to the room since the MD was already mad at the delay. When I got to the operating room no introduction was made instead they pushed versed and rush the whole process.
