Had a procedure at St. Joseph's Candler in Savannah and then received a bill from American Anesthesiology and my insurance said I owed a lot less than the bill. Tried to call them and after trying to speak to some who's main language was not English, I ended up hanging up on them. Had my insurance company send what I owed, and they have not cashed the check. If they have a contract with the insurance company, they CANNOT bill more than they agreed to!

This company sent me to collections without ever billing me or filing with my insurance company.
I have received a bill that they did not send to insurance. I called three months ago and gave them insurance to send and even followed up and they claimed it was submitted and would take 45 days. We are three months later and I received the same bill and it is now late. They will not send to insurance. I called insurance and gave them the information too and they can’t get anything from them. This company has been a nightmare and I would not use them again.
