Not a Company that I would ever use. I called them for HVAC repair as my unit was only blowing Hot Air. They sent out Service Technician Edward Albert and he did a lot of troubleshooting and requested the assistance of a 2nd Tech to review his findings, the guy that showed up was nothing short of a used car salesman. Things did not go well with this "salesman". Salesman wanted a decision on what New System I wanted on the spot, choose 1 out of 4 options on the spot if I wanted the quote emailed to me. Wonderful AC Service. Christian Pereyra was extremely informative, he took the time to explain the problem and I understood what was needed to fix the unit. I appreciate working with a company that's efficient. Cass Castillo was very helpful as well. Both men represented American well providing excellent service!
This past week we had Hector Mejia dropped by our family home. He was able to do a comprehensive AC check and just shot it straight with us in terms of where the system stood and repairs that may be needed in the future. I appreciate his transparency about what options we had available to make repairs or replacements at some point in the future.
Ramiro was sent at the last minute to assist with my water heater issue. He was very professional and personable and resolved the issue quickly, I have said this before that American AC Heat and Plumbing have the best technicians in the business.
