Alfredo was here 2 times because 1st guy who came to check on my air did not do a thorough check, therefore Alfredo had to install the blower the 1st time recheck because it had a burned board aswell. Threw all this Alfredo explained and apologized but, because of his professionalism, knowledge, and experience, as a tech. I ask the office to send him back the 2nd time because of the trust that I had as a technician, and everything is working great. Thank you Alfredo!
This is my second time working with LA Air Dept . Leeann and Roni have strong attention to detail and were great at communicating with me. Especially when I had plans change that made things harder for them, they were incredibly accommodating and professional. It’s much appreciated and i’m planning to remain a loyal customer.

They repaired my AC the same day and were reasonable and competitive. They were on time and respectful. Will be calling again. They also helped me carry a heavy package in.
