Edit Update 8/11/2025 - I recently had a discussion with Brit and overall I can feel comfortable giving them back another star. They are working hard to correct some of the hiccups they've had in the past and the communication and transparency he showed, shows that they are really focused on making sure those issues do not reoccur. UPDATE: sadly the wonderful customer service was a lot of talk and not much action. I ordered two products about a month and a half in advance of a 3200 mile trip. After reading that the lead times might be a little close, I called and they confirmed that they would be able to get the products in time. I ordered a powder coated rear storage tire carrier rack, I received in +/- a day or when it was expected, which was good for me, then after I received it I decided I wanted the mounting plates for rotax gas cans, so I ordered those, also powder coated silver. The side brackets matched the original color on the racks earlier. Top quality accessory. I will do business with this company again.
Ordered a rear seat delete and overhead molle panel on 6/9/2025 - to date I've had no other communication other than the original email that says processing. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Tried an email on 7/8/2025, no answer. They post near daily on social media, but can't answer their customers and can't produce their products in a timely manner.
