I ordered the Milwaukee air compressor mount over a month ago. I had to contact them to get any kind of response. Order has shipped on 3/24/25 and still have not received it as of 3/30/25 ……SMH
I ordered the only mounting option I think the gazelle tent deserves, I originally ordered that powder coated black but it was not going to arrive in time, Dallin was able to resolve the issue with the time frame and was more than helpful. I will make sure to recommend American Adventure Lab to all my friends because of the customer service I was provided. Dallin deserves a raise.
Unfortunately, my experience with AAL has been beyond horrible. I purchased the JT highline lights in November 2024, after less than 4 months one of them is completely dead and the other is on its way out. I emailed in for a warranty claim on February 23rd, after a little under two weeks I finally received confirmation that they will honor the warranty. I originally purchased the high line fender lights and brackets for roughly $400. After a couple years, they started looking very worn out. So I called in and expressed my concern to Xander, who offered me 25% off a new set. Although I wasn't thrilled having to buy the same thing twice, I did. I purchased on a Thursday and was told they would ship the same day. They didn't ship until the following Monday. Very pleased! Absolutely no issues with my order. I called a couple of times with questions prior to ordering. Everything was shipped promptly and packaged really well. I do wish the instructions were a bit better, but I was able to get everything installed with no problems.
