Having employees rate themselves is fascinating. Now another perspective from a person whose family member is a patient in one of their facilities. If I had known the condition of the hospital (lack of maintenance) which AAM recently assumed oversight of my choice would have been different. I’ve been with AAM for two years and it’s been a great experience. Upper management is great and creates a positive work environment. They are great at communication and ensuring that patient care is prioritized. Everyone is helpful and there are a lot of opportunities for growth and learning.
