I don't give five stars lightly but Fred earned them all. As and Environmental Systems Engineer I can attest that Fred is as good as they come. He came out on a last minute notice to repair our heating system as an out of network callout. Our insurance company's contractor couldn't respond for four days. Once Fred knew that we had a newborn and no heat, he dropped everything and got the heat running in less than 1 hour. Fantastic job Sir and we appreciate your honesty and excellent customer service. Excellent Service!!!! American Ace installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us last summer. The cost was very reasonable, for labor and parts, and was done quickly and correctly. We are repeat customers and have always been very happy with the service.
