First is the call you make to set up an appointment which gives you Kayla.....she is so sweet, helpful & personable. Going forward we got Scott who gives you your quote, he is very knowledgeable & knows his stuff! Then we got the construction experts that put it up. After it is over they all call to make sure your happy.....amazing experience all the way around! We can’t wait to do our back patio next!
Exceeded all expectations! Installation was completed well ahead of schedule. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We are enjoying our new patio and would highly recommend Americal to anyone!
