Same day service , very professional they fixed my garage door fast and with quality materials.
Very disappointed by their pricing would be an understatement. I hope this serves as a warning to others. Get pricing up front or be prepared for a surprise. The owner came by and looked at an overhead door broken spring and confirmed that I had the spare parts needed on hand. He manually opened the door using the roll up chains. He sent 2 technicians a few hours later and they replaced the broken spring. Took 2 technicians exactly 1 hour. They billed me $1600+tax. This garage door company is an absolute disaster. They promised same-day service but didn’t show up until three days later with no communication in between. When the technician finally arrived, he was rude and clearly had no idea what he was doing. He left without completing the job, claiming he needed a part he didn’t have and never came back.
