Great place to get cake supplies. They are very friendly and helpful!
This is the most unprofessional, poorly organized, non-welcoming store I have ever seen. The employees are downright rude. They speak minimal English and treat you like an idiot if you ask them for help. I will never shop here again and would not recommend it to anyone. They should really reevaluate their customer service and business practices if they want to stay in business.

My sister who is in the cake decorating business swears by this place. She loves loves it. She resides in Trinidad and Tobago. There are times however, that to speak to someone at the store is very inconvenient. The phone goes unanswered some times for long period of times and then it would be busy after that. There must be the a listing of hours of operations on the site so that new customers can have an idea as to when they should be calling to speak to someone.
They have everything you need to decorate and create your best. No need to have any license to get a discount!
