He is very thoughtful and thorough with his investigations for causative root cause of pain. I would high recommend him to anyone out there suffering with chronic pain. Come visit the office for an extensive evaluation.

I am a retired firefighter/EMT and have been going to Dr. Kazi for two years and have always found he and his staff caring, polite, and above all professional. Before Dr. Kazi, I could barely walk or even stand up straight even with a walker due to agonizing pain in my back. He is worthless!! Staff don't return calls, he doesn't send out bills so one day you show up and he tells you he can't see you until you pay all your bills. I didn't even know I owed him anything!!! I drove 1 hour to get to his office, one way and upon my arrival they would tell me the medication for my pain pump hadn't come in and I would have to come back. WHY didn't you call me!!! I am 53 years old and this is the worst doctor and worst medical experience I have ever had!! Bar none!!! Wish I could give a zero stars.

Terrible staff. Don't return calls and leaves you in the dark. Dr. Kazi is all about the money and not YOUR well-being. I dropped him and suggest people not engage this stressful experience.

Within first five minutes of meeting, Dr. Kazi asked my 18 year old daughter if she was sure her disclosed abuse really happened. We understand anxiety/trauma are very intertwined with pain, but that was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. Shame on him. Would give zero stars if I could.

Dr Kazi has a terrible bedside manner. He literally told me today that my Rheumatology specialist at IU made a mistake in diagnosing me as well as multiple other Drs that were wrong as well. He stated that the only reason I need medications were only if I were dying from cancer. I've been a chronic pain patient for 11 years now. He has met me twice and acted as if he knew my history. His NP is actually very compassionate but somehow he has lost touch of what it takes to work in healthcare.

One of the many doctors who pile as many people into his waiting room as possible, at least an hour to get in for his 5 minute talk. Can't do a complete appt,must come back again, and again to try this or that instead of the epidural injection that you KNOW helped you in another state where the good doctors are! I refuse to feed his bank.

This man and his people are the upmost rudest and just plain horrible people I have ever experienced and they don't care about people! I was in the hospital for complications of my kidney transplant and missed an apt. Because I was in the ER and could NOT use the phone to think of everyone I had to call! When I got home the next day I rescheduled for the next week on Tuesday the 27th and I am never late or had ever missed they wanted me to pay because I missed!! Hello I was in the Hospital!
