We have been living at Amelia Village for over a year now and we totally enjoy living here. Everything is close food, shopping and personally i enjoy the pool. The staff is really good too, really sweet ladies in the office.
So far, so good. been here about four months. Front office people(especially Sonia) are very nice and helpful. They seem to take care of things quickly. Yard maintenance is kept up very nicely. Apartment is worth the price.
We absolutely love living here. Wonderful neighbors and great management team. Highly recommend to everyone.
After 18 years of living in a house, I was a bit concerned about going back to apartment living. Amelia Village Apartments put all my fears to rest! Can't say enough good things. We love our one bedroom casa. It's spacious and the layout is wonderful. Beautiful landscaping, great pool area, friendly and efficient maintenance and office staff! Would sign a 10 year lease if they'd let me!
