Never come here expecting to get an apartment. I was told i had nothing to worry about and went and spent money i didn’t have! All to be turned down so when they say “we don’t base our decision on credit” that’s a bold face lie!! They sounded promising to me and i was excited and ready to move in and all for nothing, They lost the chance to have a awesome tenant but looks like me and the girlfriend will be making our car into a apartment! 👍🏻

RecommendedWe lived at Amelia Village for a year. The staff is excellent, maintenance crew does a great job, there are lots of scheduled activities and it's close to shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our experience there.
I lived at Amelia a year and loved it. The units are spacious and the neighborhood peaceful. Unfortunately, when I renewed my lease, a neighbor moved in that smoked. I had issues from secondhand smoke and Amelia agreed to let me out of the lease. I can't thank them enough. It's nice to know that an apartment complex puts the best interest of the renter above their own. Kudos to Amelia for doing the right thing!
I just love where I live in Amelia Village Apartments. They have great seminars and events. The "Fix It" seminar and Wayne was great. Learned a lot. Just wish more people would come out and experience this great place.
