I booked your hotel, XXXXX **** freeway, Energy ********* through booking.com and the experience was horrendous. I was not able to add a guest through the booking.com website so I called what I thought was the actual Omni hotel I was going to stay at and spoke with a woman named Jerry who informed me that I would be able to add my guest with her and she asked for his first and last name and informed me that he would be on the reservation and he need only give his name upon arrival and he may go to the room, this did not hap... read more

My family and I found ourselves in the most surreal situation at your hotel in Providence, RI. We made a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), beginning on May 29 until May 31, under my wife's name, through Hotwire. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds to accommodate 4 people. Upon our arrival, there was a dirty diaper in the room. My wife and I went to The Grove Park Inn for my wife's 40th birthday. We were directed to park in the one of the parking decks. It was very clear that our car was not going to make the clearance. We had just purchased a new car 3 days prior. The car is quite tall. We returned to the valet area and informed them of the issue. They sent us to the second parking deck. Absolutely horrible. The noise from the street kept me up all night. The staff was unpleasant. Cost was $240.87 for one weekend night. Hotel did not honor agreed course room rate. I had to take exam in am and did not sleep all night due to cars racing until 4am. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and unfortunately it has gone downhill fast (new management?) Customer service is at an unacceptable level. I wish I stayed at Hotel 8 or Red Roof Inn which would hsve been mwas much better

Omni hotel charges a $150 pet fee per night of your stay (more than an average night stay) This information is indicated on their website if you search for it. However, if you book a hotel like the majority of people do through third party websites like Hotwire, this information is not indicated anywhere before you book. This hotel charges fees to their customers without their awareness. If you are going to claim to be pet friendly, these fees need to be made known to the customer before they decide to book a night.

We left a gold necklace with our new son's birthday inscribed on the bathroom sink. No more than 30 minutes after checking out we called the hotel to notify them and arrange shipping. We were successful in that and they found it with ease. We were charged $20 to ship the item and thus was about a month ago. The necklace has not arrived and at this point we could've driven back up to retrieve it, it's only a 2 hour drive so we are concerned with why the shipment hasn't arrived. My mother experienced heart attack symptoms at the spa this past weekend . I was treating her for her birthday. We both had services and were awaiting them while relaxing. We contracted with Omni Mandalay Hotel,Irving,TX for my daughters wedding in October 2019.We had issues AT ALL THE LEVELS. The contract was poorly spelled.The sales person,John ********* iwas not professional and he was rude to our wedding coordinator when she questioned the contract. We had given a master account when we signed the contract. *Warning* Omni Gift Cards are being compromised by hotel staff or Buyatab 3rd party vendor *Do not buy Omni Gift Cards.* We bought my brother & sis-n-law a $250 Omni gift card for their graduation from nursing school (both NPs) back in Dec. 2018. They recently tried to use their gift card at the Omni in Ft. Worth to pay for their hotel stay only to find out it has a zero balance.
