I have been a customer since 1996. Due to schedule changes my appointment for dental cleaning was with a hygienist I had not met before. Jennifer came to greet me and usher me into the appropriate area promptly at 2 p.m. She was a very experienced professional. As she was using equipment I'd never seen before to check the health of my gums, she took the time to explain what she would be doing before she started. She then performed an ultrasound cleaning. No one looks forward to going to the dentist. But when I go, everyone is kind, especially DrB. He's calming and his experience is very evident when he treats the care of my teeth. Today's, root canal went so well and the assistant and DrB made me feel as if I was their only patient. From in the door to out, everyone is professional and welcoming.
I appreciate the effort made to complete the appointment early enough for me to get to my dialysis appointment. The hygienist was thorough, careful, and gentle. Thanks. If I have a complaint it would be the medical history charge. From my perspective, all that was done is I filled out two forms. That is not reviewing my medical history and certainly not a value at $98.
My experience is always very satsfactory, professional but also friendly.
Amy is a terrific hygienist--gentle and professional Dr. Kitson is a super dentist.
