My 10 year old just had his semi annual cleaning. We have been patients here since he was 3 years old. Unlike me, my children actually look forward to going to the dentist because of the positive experience they have had since they first started going to the dentist. The hygienist does an excellent job, it is nice that we have had the same hygienist for all these years, she knows our kids and has watched them grow. All I had done on this visit was a cleaning, so Summer was the only one who saw me. She is a joy to visit and a tremendous asset to Amelia Dental Group. Not to shortchange the front desk receptionist and the accounting staff, who were also all one could want.

I just had my cleaning and Cheryl went above any beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I had everything I needed. Cathy also helped me with my insurance questions and had it all taken care of before the end of the afternoon. Dr Bietenholz always remembers me and makes sure to welcome back each visit. I love Amelia Dental Group! All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and strive to provide excellent service to their patients.

My crown had fallen out overnight. Called and spoke with a very helpful lady. She got me in at my convenience. Heather took out the remainder of my temporary crown, made another and took time to make sure the fit was exactly as needed. As usual, my visit was the best I could ask for - in convenience, professionalism - just plain nice. Thank you for a very positive experience.
