I recently had to change an appointment that had been in place for months but, to the office staff, it was no problem to reschedule. Every time I've had to phone for a variety of reasons, I've been met with courtesy, a friendly attitude and a solution to my problem. Everyone at Amelia Dental is pleasant and professional, and all my experiences have been completely painless! In keeping with my alliterative review title, I could have added Pretty, because it seems as though everyone who works there is pretty!

I popped a crown over the weekend and called Amelia Dental Group on Monday for an appointment to reattach the crown. Despite the fact that my dentist was heavily booked for the entire week, they worked me in on the same day -- and there was no charge for their incredibly responsive service. Dr. Bietenholz did a great job!
Had a very nice experience with my six months cleaning and check-up. Reviewed areas to watch and was totally satisfied with the work.
Dr. Kitsen and the staff - from front desk to check-out and all in between, are top notch employees. They are the best of the best! If you are new in town (as we were in 2009), or are looking for a change - I highly recommend Amelia Dental Group.
Staff very friendly and concerned about my comfort. I had a small repair made to my partial by Dr. Garrett. No charge and pleasant conversation during repair.
I am so impressed with the friendly caring attitude in your office. Kathy was very attentive and seems to really care about taking care of her patient.
I had a consultation with one of the dentist to discuss possible dentures or implants. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to go over all the alternatives and what would be practical and cost effective for someone like me who is elderly. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in this area of dentistry.
