Met Dr. Mokris 1st time and was very impressed with our review and discussion. Cheryl did great job in my review, cleaning and suggestions on my personal care at home.

I had Teresa clean my teeth this morning. Although it's very uncomfortable to me because of exposed root sensitivity, I manage to get through the ordeal. Teresa is always concerned about my comfort which I really appreciate. I tried not to laugh at her new eye goggles with a light on it. She looks like a miner preparing to enter the mine! It's pretty hard to laugh when your mouth is full of fingers, tubes and laser tools! Kathryn my dental hygienist is an awesome person and acts very professional. She has always treated me great and I always feel wonderful when I leave the office. Also crystal at the checkout is a breath of fresh air. She's a wonderful young women who is very respectful and who has a great personality who has always been very kind to me and my family.
My wife and I are very please with the work done by Doctor Garrett.
If a visit to a dental office can be called a pleasant experience, it seems to be that at your office. From the front door greeting to the final checkout, everyone combines professionalism and welcome in a very nice way. Both Kathy and Dr. Bietenholz are personable and professional at the same time. Kathy even remembered about my grandchildren! The most painful part is paying the bill--it is expensive!
