Dr. Kitsen and the staff - from front desk to check-out and all in between, are top notch employees. They are the best of the best! If you are new in town (as we were in 2009), or are looking for a change - I highly recommend Amelia Dental Group.
Staff very friendly and concerned about my comfort. I had a small repair made to my partial by Dr. Garrett. No charge and pleasant conversation during repair.
I had a consultation with one of the dentist to discuss possible dentures or implants. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to go over all the alternatives and what would be practical and cost effective for someone like me who is elderly. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in this area of dentistry. Best experience I ever had and this is coming from someone who is in need for dental care regularly, for more than 25 yrs!
I had old "silver" fillings taken out of 3 teeth and had the teeth set up for crowns. Dr. Garrett is so concerned about how you feel, if you want to take a break and explains all about the procedures. It is such a great dental office to come to. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed- and that's hard to do when you're in a dental office. And it helps to have the view out the windows of each room.
From the reminders........I need them :) to the smiling face when you walk in the door. Everyone is first class, patient, and informative. I look forward to my visit with friends.. Love the music too!
The Amelia Dental Group projects a professional,courteous and caring attitude from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between. Special kudos to dental hygienist Kathy Duprey and dentist Josh Bietenholz who help this 77 year old maintain her natural teeth. I would and do recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
For such a large practice, I was pleasantly surprised to feel as if I was the only patient there. Very friendly, helpful and concerned. The high level of professionalism gives me confidence that My family is getting the best possible care. Thank you!
