Warm, welcoming staff. Always explain as they are doing any process or procedure what they are doing and why. Responsive to questions you may have. My experience is that they do not push unnecessary procedures and in fact several times the dentist, Dr. Garrett, has said pretty much that if it's not bothering me or I'm not having any problem, there's no need to do anything. They are good about watching "problematic" issues concerning your teeth but are not quick to jump to crowns or extreme measures right away. The dental hyg... read more

I had Teresa clean my teeth this morning. Although it's very uncomfortable to me because of exposed root sensitivity, I manage to get through the ordeal. Teresa is always concerned about my comfort which I really appreciate. I tried not to laugh at her new eye goggles with a light on it. She looks like a miner preparing to enter the mine! It's pretty hard to laugh when your mouth is full of fingers, tubes and laser tools!
