Kathryn my dental hygienist is an awesome person and acts very professional. She has always treated me great and I always feel wonderful when I leave the office. Also crystal at the checkout is a breath of fresh air. She's a wonderful young women who is very respectful and who has a great personality who has always been very kind to me and my family.

If a visit to a dental office can be called a pleasant experience, it seems to be that at your office. From the front door greeting to the final checkout, everyone combines professionalism and welcome in a very nice way. Both Kathy and Dr. Bietenholz are personable and professional at the same time. Kathy even remembered about my grandchildren! The most painful part is paying the bill--it is expensive!

I recently had to change an appointment that had been in place for months but, to the office staff, it was no problem to reschedule. Every time I've had to phone for a variety of reasons, I've been met with courtesy, a friendly attitude and a solution to my problem. Catherine Bentley performed her usual first-rate exam/cleaning (in between which we discussed current movies!) and found a problem that was brought to the attention of Doctor Garrett. Would recommend to a friend
I popped a crown over the weekend and called Amelia Dental Group on Monday for an appointment to reattach the crown. Despite the fact that my dentist was heavily booked for the entire week, they worked me in on the same day -- and there was no charge for their incredibly responsive service. Dr. Bietenholz did a great job!
Had a very nice experience with my six months cleaning and check-up. Reviewed areas to watch and was totally satisfied with the work.
