We have engaged this services as part of Veteran Administration Community Providers Network. Both of the nurses they had sent out have been excellent. The supervisor, Jenine is very responsive to me and our veteran's needs. Unfortunately, this industry has high turnover. Doctors, patients, and VA knows that continuity - having the same few people - is important. But, I haven't yet met any agency that managed to put it reliably into practice. Due to this agency's turnover rate, I can't give five stars.

Amedisys has great customer service and Jessica M. is amazing to work with. Honest and compassionate.
