Since Brianna came along she has been the greatest she is like one of my children now.my visits went from can I wait to ok Brianna is on her way..🙂I like it because I see just one person and she knows me and my history.
THEY ARE CLEARLY DISCRIMINATING AGAINST MY WIFE BECAUSE OF HER PAST MEDICAL RECORD WHICH INCLUDE BRAIN DAMAGE. THEY ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE THEIR SERVICES JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC AND HAVE PSYCHIATRIC BACKGROUND AS OF PTSD, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY. THEY FILLED THEIR MOUTH SAYING THAT THEY WOULD NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE (DISABILITY, RACE, COLOR, SEXUAL PREFERENCE ETC ETC)
They don't order supplies like they are supposed to.they say they order them I called company med line yesterday and they said no pending orders for me also nurse didn't take pictures of my wounds and said it's okand I still haven't gotten to talk to a manager about my issues and I am very unhappy with this company so I am contacting a different company this company gets a F in my opinion...and as for the on call nurse they wouldn't help me.
Do not use this company if you can help it. No cna or hha for 2 weeks and still no help. Their excuse is they only have one cna for over 800 patients and one social worker. Have nit had a visit from either one. Changing home health asap. This is ridiculous.
* Very little notification before hand that they are come to your home. One time I was only given a 5 minute notice that a nurse was coming to the house. * You rarely see the same nurse or PT twice . * Nurses and PT will text you information but will rarely respond to your texts. * Both nurse and PT like to play a "we may have to discharge you if you can't meet when we ask." * Both nurse and PT will at most give a 3-hour notice before they come and expect you to cancel any pre planned doctors appointments that were scheduled... read more
