Would not recommend. The person that came out to evaluate my mom today for at home PT did not give a good first impression. My mother has Alzheimer’s and she said to her “You’re memory is not very good, is it?” within minutes of meeting her. She seemed to be rushed and was rapid firing questions at her and not giving her time to process the questions and respond before going on to the next. This place has missed 2 appointments back to back to take care of my mother's wound. They text and say that they're coming and never show up. Just, ridiculous!
Notwithstanding having some super stars on the team (i.e., Russell & Ann) the 2 star rating represents my assessment of the entire operation...We were informed my mom was due to me reevaluated. Jonathan, who was to conduct said evaluation was a no show. Karen, afterwards, informed me the reevaluation was scheduled outside the window of opportunity. From the Athens office, Amy and Angie are the angels of home health care. You'll never meet two more and caring physical therapist ever. Their support, knowledge and ingenuity are incredible. Our special needs son was given up on by many doctors after covid and c dif, but these two taught Buddy and us exactly what and how to succeed. God's love on both of them.
