Would give a minus stay away from them
I needed a PT to evaluate me for therapy, per my Dr. at MUSC. They Sent someone within 2 days, who was polite and caring. I ended up having outside therapy since I wasn't extremely in need. Everyone I had contact with was polite and followed through when they said they would.
From the very first this company does not listen. They are poor communicators. The in home nursing staff if good will leave for another company and if just ok stays. The bed side manner is poor. The PT is good but that is only part we found adequate.The company is affiliated with Waccamaw hospital, which is good, and they will recommend these people. DO NOT USE THEM
Amedisys Home Health nurses are the best and Incredibly knowledgeable. Their administrative staff is fantastic as far as their customer service. They treat their patients as individuals
