The picture above is my 41 year old daughter that chocked on breakfast at Clark Memorial after being given 17 meds not hers in behavioral health. 26 hours on life support & a TBI now & all short term memory lost. Amedysis refused to help because she could get a glass of water. I am disabled also &asked for OT, SPEACH therapy & A BATH NURSE, they refused.
