I cannot speak highly enough of this home care agency! They have provided exceptional nursing and therapy services for my neighbor, truly going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. At my neighbor's request, the staff communicated with me directly, keeping me informed and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. The nursing here, for the most part, are great, with a few that are stellar and some that need their “ticket” pulled!!! The problem is, the admin people are horrendous! It did not take much looking to find a place to better serve my needs, I was fortunate to find a company that is superior to this place! I stayed and endured much more than I should because of one nurse, I did not know I could have her services without the company!! My advise, move on save yourself the grief!!
The services We had for our Mother were excellent
Refused to provide home health care for my mother in law because they may have to wait for payment. State Farm told them they would pay in 15 days after a bill is submitted and then when exhausted Medicare would pay and then on the ridiculous percentage that Medicare wouldn’t pay she had private insurance that would pay. They also didn’t understand the difference between personal injury coverage and bodily injury coverage. I was asked over and over if we had a lawyer. We told them no.
