Beautiful building with an amazing staff!
The staff and amenities were nice enough, there were so many problems with Ame I have to leave a negative review. The apartments are very cheaply made with annoying-to-use appliances - no care was put into them at all. My oven did not have small incremental temperature controls, so cooking anything at e.g. 425 degrees was impossible. Ame also locked my thermostat to a small range so I could not set it to my preferred temperature, despite me paying for my own utilities. Really nice! The staff is also amazing and would highly recommend living here.
We came as a walk in to see the building. Lorell at the leasing office was very accommodating and super nice. She did a showing with us even though we didnt have an appointment. She answered all our questions and took her time. She was also here on a Saturday. She is part of the property management as well they clearly have good management!
I had a great experience viewing and subsequently setting up my move into Ame at Meridian Hill. Lorell has been very responsive and even moved up my move in last minute. She’s been amazing to work with. Building is beautiful. Looking forward to move in.
