Coldest week in DC with a winter storm and we have no heat for 2 days now. The communication from the building management has been very poor and the emergency maintenance team is yet to show up despite several promises that maintenance is currently working on multiple units but will be there as soon as possible.
My experience was amazing my tour guide was very pleasant, concierge was inviting, apartments and amendments are exactly what I need in my life
