I have been here several times so I think they are excellent ..I was there last night and had a long wait too ..but I think everyone had the same thing with all the coughing going on ..the only thing I did not like was I think it was a new person trying to take my blood ..she was making me very nervous..it took her so long I was ready to just tell her get someone else ..These people need someone with them if they don't know what they are doing ..she was blonde with glasses..I was patient with her ..however if there is a next... read more
I love this place and recommend it to everyone I see, me and my children also go here for the primary care and having a child with a medical condition, we love it the doctors answer every question I have and make sure I understand everything before leaving the office, the staff is extremely nice and very courteous
I have been here several times before and always had excellent care from the front desk to the doctors. Not this time. I waited over 2 hours just to be seen by a doctor. If I wouldnt have paid my co-pay up front I would have just left. I was not very impressed by anyone in that office. :(
Taking three hours to be seen by the doctor is extremely frustrating. I wish I wouldn't have paid my copay before being seen or I would've left a couple hours ago. The doctor was very nice, but three hours is too long.
