The ladies that were working today were amazing with my daughter! It is her birthday and she wasn't feeling well and they sang her "Happy Birthday" & put a smile on her face!
I usually see Dr Dyka yesterday there was a female . She was very good and nice. I work in the medical field and in the past have been very pleased with Dr Dyka he's very thorough and professional . It's a great group of people . Thank you
The staff was great. I was in and out very quickly. Very satisfied.
I have been on numerous occasions since they first opened and always had superior service and care. I have since moved from the city and have thought of driving further to this office because of the care I've received. I did go today because I was in the area and waited in a nearly empty waiting room for close to an hour with rude staff to be told that it would be 75. even though I have insurance at 25 copay. I walked out without ever being seen and will not go back.
I usually have a good experience there, but yesterday I waited 2 hours for the dr to spend about 10 seconds in the room just to tell me to take mucinex, and Tylenol PM. Said if I didn't get aggressive right away it would get worse and I would have a hard time breathing, I told her that was my main concern was how much it hurt to breathe already, she said take the mucinex before it got worse, and walked out of the room.
