Dr Dale is wonderful! He takes time and listens, answers questions. He genuinely cares. His staff is warm and friendly too, very helpful. Ironically I found out two friends see him; they think he's wonderful, too.
Dr Dale is AMAZING! Words cannot describe how connected he is with his patients. Actually having a doctor who listens and genuinely cares about you is a rare find.
A telephone request for a refill confirmation to Express Scripts was handled in minutes and confirmation from Express Scripts was less than 15 minutes. It doesn’t get any faster. Receptionist was courteous and efficient. Great staff.
