Easy loading process. Make sure your trailer is clean before arriving. Check in at the man door under the small blue shelter, enter your information on the computer, and wait for your door assignment. Back into the assigned door, and I was loaded in less than 30 minutes. As far as i know they open until 6 and appointment is not strict. Great experience!
Great place to get a load from!
They work from 07:00 an to 06:00 pm U need to have pick up number, destination, driving license no, truck plate no, after check in wait here for dock assignment in the red little man. After loading get papers from door 13/14 and 36/37. They are good people.
We booked load with NTG (Nolan Transporation Group). When we arrived at pick up we found out that the PU# from the RC provided to us was picked up week before and we needed new one. After hours and countles emails and phone calls NTG did literally nothing they transfered me few times and thats it. PLEASE BE AWARE! If NTG gives you pick up at this facility better to cancel it right there or you will suffer as we did and you will never get TONU.This customer also should reconsider working with such bad broker agents!
