My colleges and I booked a room here for SXSW 2015 and when we went to our room we found violent blood splatter on the ceiling above the bed and on the lamp shade. When we told management they admitted there was an incident in the room and they did not know there was still blood in the room. Yet they did nothing and would not refund our money or even really do anything about the situation, even offer us a discount. Couldn't have gotten worse. Started out by not having my reservation through Expedia and charging me an extra $98.00 for my stay because everything is booked. When we got to the room the AC didn't work and was told while we were out it would be fixed. Needless to say here I am at 3 o'clock in the morning checking out because we couldn't stand the heat anymore. No manager on duty to even discuss any kind of discount.
