On Sunday, I called the urgent care and spoke with Tanya/Tonya at the front desk. I was extremely disappointed by her unprofessional and rude tone. As the first point of contact in a healthcare environment, her dismissive and curt attitude was especially concerning. Patients calling urgent care often need compassion and clear assistance, not impatience or hostility. This behavior reflects poorly on the facility and should be addressed immediately to ensure respectful and supportive service for all patients.
