Jennifer is professional and great to work with.
I rented 2 homes from Jennifer over 7 years. She is the 1st property manager I've ever worked with. I was scared at first because of all the horror stories I've heard about property management. It was nothing like that. She answered every request I called about and Made sure things were taken care of timely. On move out of both homes she was very kind and reasonable in both walk throughs. I've been with AMC for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say. Jennifer is by far THE MOST caring and generous landlord I have ever had- in 20 years of renting in Ada County! She is quick to respond to maintenance requests, she is readily available and easy to reach, she has always gone above and beyond for me. I always tell everyone (including my family) that they should rent from AMC. There are no better managers in the area!!!
