Antoinette is an asset to your company she very knowledgeable and pleasant helpful!
They’ll leave you without water for 5+ hours and will tell you they can’t get in contact with their own maintenance team. They’ll tell you they can “check the status” of your work order, but then they’ll tell you they have no record of it. If you like having running water, AMC Delancey is not it. I wish I could give them a zero rating.
I've lived in one of AMC's apartments for three years and I had a great experience! If it weren't for my job, I would be renewing for a fourth year. The staff was always there for me to help if I had any concerns. I definitely recommend renting with them.. one of the best management companies out there.
If you're thinking of moving into an apartment that is managed by AMC Delancey, then think again. This company is clueless. I lived in an apartment managed by them for 3 years, and in those 3 years the staff member who was first contact changed at least 3 times. There is a lot of turnover, and as a result a lot of things fall through the cracks.
