I’d think twice before signing a lease with them. The apartments look nice while you move in but then the problems start to show up. Over my 2 years here there have been rodents and constant leaks. Several of the leaks resulted in collapsed ceilings which resulted in significant damaged to my belongings. The latest leak was caused from the pipes connected to shower, coincidentally they were out working on them last week after the handles fell off from rust. I lived in the Verona building for a little over two years and it was a great experience. The leasing process was very straightforward and I was able to see the apartment quickly. It’s a quiet, clean place to live. Carpets were recently replaced and the building is well maintained. Management is very responsive, especially when it comes to parking. They make sure your spot is protected. Dumpsters are emptied weekly and everything runs smoothly. Five out of five stars from me.
I’ve been with AMC since 2023 and I’ve loved the service they have provided. This was my first move to the city, and I’ll cherish the experience I had with my apartment and AMC. They are reliable, kind, and attentive to their renters. Anytime I had an issue with my unit or the building, I received a very quick detailed follow up from one of the ladies that manages the property. Lived here for a year, it was AMAZINGGGG!! If I wasn’t moving south I would def stay here!
My fianceé and I began renting here last summer and we truly couldn't be happier with our current situation. We really believe this is one of the best spots to live in Roxborough-Manayunk and we plan to be here for quite some time. We fell in love with the location immediately, the apartment offered so much as far as space, utilities and beyond.
