I lived in AMC Delancey’s apartments for 3 years and had a wonderful experience from every person I worked with. The first time I saw my apartment Annie Oliver has been so warm and kind and helpful in navigating the process especially while I was abroad looking. In addition, Ishea Shepherd and Antoinette Hiller have always been so attentive and helpful with maintenance and questions I had while living there. My roommate and I moved in last summer and have had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly responsive during the move-in process and quickly addressed all of our maintenance requests, including replacing our dishwasher and fridge and even installing a new peephole. Since then, they’ve continued to respond to any requests promptly and efficiently. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to others!
My 3.5 years of renting were pleasantly uneventful - apartment was well-maintained, management was responsive to maintenance requests. Would recommend.
Antoinette is an asset to your company she very knowledgeable and pleasant helpful!
They’ll leave you without water for 5+ hours and will tell you they can’t get in contact with their own maintenance team. They’ll tell you they can “check the status” of your work order, but then they’ll tell you they have no record of it. If you like having running water, AMC Delancey is not it. I wish I could give them a zero rating.
