Caspian and Mitch from the Lyndhurst Ambulance Station were very kind and courteous at a time when I was very distressed.
I was attended yesterday from the ambulance by Somer and Jill , to take me to Frankston Emergency, and a very big thank you for both. Caring, patient, passionate, professional. Beyond words, when paramedics struggles with shortage and other problems.
To accuse a overworked obliging paramedic who fell to asleep at the wheel of his ambulance driving home in the early hours of the morning in the country , after an 18 hour day accusing him of lying about his hours is a LOW ACT , AND SHOWS A GREATER PROBLEM WITHIN ÀV THAT DESPERATLY NEEDS TO BE ACTED ON THAT ISNT !!!! ABSOLUTLEY Discusting response to try and throw their own hardworking driver under the bus to cover their own backside . VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND CULTURE CLEARLY .
Two young guys Josh and Christian 2nd of December took care of a very frightened man and renewed any doubts the younger generation didn’t care, absolute kudos to them for their professionalism
