On TAC for 9 years, died on operating table April 2025, called ambulance victoria, the va officer looked at with out doing any checks, said I'm a drugo or alcoholic he's NOT GOING TO HELP ME! I said well I'm having a stranger in MY house stand and watch me die GET OUT!! Customer service call centre is atrocious
Terrible customer service one says one solution other says different solution both leading to puzzle and extreme how is this fair do not recommend at all don’t become a member with them.
Caspian and Mitch from the Lyndhurst Ambulance Station were very kind and courteous at a time when I was very distressed.
I was attended yesterday from the ambulance by Somer and Jill , to take me to Frankston Emergency, and a very big thank you for both. Caring, patient, passionate, professional. Beyond words, when paramedics struggles with shortage and other problems.
