I work for County government and I work with Ambs Call Center on a regular basis. The are the easiest people to work with, always helpful and quick to assist. Jenn from the billing department is so sweet and knowledgable, always right on top of things. I have never had so much as a minor issue with Ambs, kudos to great customer service when that seems to be one thing many companies lack these days.
