Excellent location , amazing greenery , beautiful pool , clean rooms , excellent customer service . I love everything about this place . Breakfasts are delicious and fresh . Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed
Very upset to be charged $200+ for food stains on the bedsheets and “leaving too much trash in the room” — which we put all into ONE corner at checkout. These people are not ethical. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. There was not one day at all where they came to do housekeeping. Especially with them not contacting me about the food stains. Clean and well equipped rooms. Only set back was that after 3 days we had a dumpster inside the room because we never got room service or had anyone ask if we wanted it. Since our unit was across the street it wasn’t like we could saunter over to the reception to request it. However it was nice, clean and cool. The best part was the location, just a block up from all the action on Duval St.
