Since the first time I contacted Ambric technologies I had nothing but Great Professionalism and courteous service
I called Ambric Technology to come to my house and give me an estimate for soil assessment. I spoke with Dan on the phone, who set up an appointment for a Wednesday at 4. On Tuesday, Dan called to see if they could reschedule from Wednesday to Thursday at 4. He said they needed to reschedule because they had another job in NJ as well on Thursday. Horrible customer service. I spoke to one of their engineers who told me he could help with my project, emailed all the information he needed waiting for a proposal that was never sent called him and emailed him for a week without an answer than they finally let me talk to someone else who said they don't like to do work outside of Philadelphia area. Thanks for wasting my time Ambric. You used to be a pleasure to work with , its a shame how you treat your customers now a days !!
