My son went there on May 4th and he was very very sick. Evidently he had a balance due from a visit prior. That visit was probably 2 to 3 years ago and he was not aware it hadn't been paid. The people at the front desk berated him loudly and the entire waiting room could hear what was being said. They denied him seeing a doctor. He went to Your Doc's In in Salisbury and was told he had advanced bacterial pneumonia with scarring already forming on his lungs. Third time at Ambient Care... I have never waited more then 5 mins...great care! Thank you! I will also add that each time my insurance covered everything... even labs. With my primary and Lab Corp there is always an issue with insurance.
It smelled in there. Staff was pleasant.
