My wife and I were seen last Saturday by PA-C APRIL Price and I was advised to get OTC remedies, among breathing steam. My wife was prescribed an antibiotic and is doing great! As my condition worsens, I called the office Monday to talk to Dr HENRY and was told I could not talk to him, but I could come back! The receptionist said she would talk to him and get back with me. It’s almost Friday- a week later and no response to my call, em or msg on messenger!
Was double billed for a medical bill, lady that I spoke to on the phone was one of the nastiest people I've ever spoken too. Told me they "had proof" they didn't charge me twice, meanwhile I have verified with my bank it was a double charge. Will end up having to dispute it with my bank since Ambient Care has been no help. Stay far away from this place.
Recommendedit's a clean, friendly , Thoughtful and caring staffed place. that I can go whenever my doctor is not open.
Ambient Medical Care real irritated by the staff I come in almost 2 hours ago awaiting in the back mind u I'm a very patient person an the day they are short staff did I mind seeing the doctor on the video cam I said ok that's find me while a gentleman who 2 ppl after me is in the back as well an seeing a actual doctor for his physical mean while I'm still waiting to be seen 🤬🤬🤬🤬 #NeverAgain I will go else where promise you that
My recent email to ambient care. I have been to your clinic many many times. My insurance has not changed. I’ve seen you through virtual visits on weekends when insurance company is closed it was never a problem. Tonight after a long long day I come to a place I trusted only to be Disappointed because you cannot call my ins company. very caring and friendly staff!
Has incorrect times posted, online it says they close at 8 but I stopped by before 7 and they are closed.
I adore these Drs, both Dr Henry's are wonderful.very compassionate and heart felt however their staff is another story. most of the "nurses or whoever takes you back to the room" are rude and have no bedside manner. I mean come on people are coming inf or help and treated like an inconvenience. and who ever is in charge of cleaning the office should be fired because it's gross. if you can get past the first two things you will absolutely love the drs
I would definitely however they need to up date your website
