What an awful experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The technician didn’t even introduce herself she was more worried about the other customers. She didn’t even fix the nail polish that was on my skin. The paraffin wax was way too hot that it burnt my hands. Also the music was very inappropriate to be played in a salon. Will NEVER be back!

I have been coming here since they opened..and have always been treated wonderfully. Today however was a different story. I arrived at 6:40pm. They wouldnt even let me write my name in as said they close @ 7:30. Every nail salon I have ever been too has always taken me. I was upset...then they told me to,sit n wait and maybe they could take me. So,I left...and won't return. And considering me n my daughter would go,there 2 x a month...that's their loss.
They always do a wonderful job, I highly recommend the Powder Dip for your nails. I love my nails and feet so much!
The service has declined so much. The lady who did my nails was rude and keep pulling on my hands and telling me not to move, saying i would make her get nail polish on my skin. When she kept doing that all on her own. My nails look like shit. You have 100 percent lost me as a customer.
I rarely pamper myself. So I decided to get a pedi. Jennifer was so awesome. She was friendly and professional. I was so happy with my pedi that I got a mani too. I just moved here and am so happy I found this place. I'll be back soon.
