That Saturday 3 of my nails chipped and the tips of some of the other nails looked like they were fading. I called them that day and was told to come in on Monday. I went in and was taken right away informing them i was their on Thursday. They asked if i wanted the same color and i told them no because i have been their numerous time before for dip and never had this issue ... read more

So that was our mistake and it will become a lesson. So we need to learn from it and fix the problem so it won't happen as much in future.
