Too expensive, they charged me for everything possible, I paid $58 for a refill and waxing. She charged me for a cut down, having long nails, reshaping them (they are coffin shaped, same shape they have always been). That is just too much for a refill. And not to mention my nail that she put on my pinky is crooked. So now I’m gonna have to go back to get it fixed. Love Ambiance! Technicians all good, nice atmosphere.
What’s the point of having a sign-in sheet if employees do not use it. This is the second time they’ve taken a customer who came in after me.
Do not allow technicians to use the drill to remove gel polish for one thing! When the technician did this to me, she burnt my natural nail, and when I pulled back in pain, she laughed. Owners should pay attention to technicians doing pedicures too. my last pedicure there was horrible. My feet were dry, my callouses weren't scrubbed. No foot massage. Rushed. This salon is too expensive not to receive excellent service.

I do NOT recommend this salon! Two days ago I had my nails done, the gel polish ended up with little air bubbles because the tech rushed to finish them to work on someone else. I returned to have them repainted, they said they would do a polish change for $20. I didn’t want a polish change, only the color I originally picked to be properly painted. Pretty much happy with my nails except I HATE when someone wants to get an eyebrow wax and they up and leave to do that. Why are they more important than me. I was there first and expect full attention. I will and have in the past NOT tipped. Don’t think they deserve a tip when they stop working on me for someone else. My daughter was with me for the first time experience and they did that to her and I was so happy she didn’t tip.
never coming back to this place again. rude employees. rushing and always leaving with messed up nails.
