Great atmosphere. Nice people, but product was a waste of my time and money. Spent over $2000 dollars and still look the same. Don’t waste your money like I did. Propaganda product! Never will I waste my money again.
They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Cancelled appointments several times, sometimes would call to remind you of an upcoming appointment. I had an appointment one afternoon and I showed up 10 minutes early for. The building was locked, there were no cars in the parking lot, and no one was answering the office phone. I waited 15 min after my scheduled appointment, called the office once more and left a message to call me back. They never called me to apologize or explain what happened. I've been using Ambiance Hair & Laser Center for over 2 1/2 years now and I can't say enough good things about it!! Laura & Elaine have seen me through 2 different hair loss events, one due to a medical issue. Through both events they have been caring and forthright about what to expect and how to improve my hair growth.
